Oakdale dominates Academic Decathlon

Oakdale High School continued its dominance for the 10th straight year Saturday at the 30th annual Stanislaus County Academic Decathlon, topping 14 other schools in tests on literature, mathematics, social science and other subjects.

Oakdale High will represent the county at the state finals in March. Ceres High School finished in second place and Denair High School came in third at the event, held at Johansen High School.
