I am in search of a fruit salsa recipe using tropical fruits such as papaya and mango. I would like to serve it with fish such as mahi mahi and tilapia. Thank you.

Maple, walnuts, then what? I recently had some maple-walnut fudge. The fudge was rich and creamy and it had plenty of walnut pieces in it. Does anyone have a recipe like this that they'd be willing to share?

Like ceviche, but different: I make ceviche once in a while and I was wondering if there are other recipes using fish that fall into a "ceviche-like" category?
