Tommy Castro to give State the blues

Blues guitarist Tommy Castro, a San Francisco favorite, returns to Modesto on Dec. 11 for a show at the State Theatre. The concert begins at 8 p.m.

Guitar Magazine praised Castro's sound, calling it "straightforward, grooving blues that'll get your feet moving."

Bring canned goods for The Salvation Army and enter a drawing for a chance to win Castro's guitar.
