(DMV) - Most Wanted: Marcus Robert Figueroa, 19 — Attempted Homicide charges that occurred on 07/11/2009 at the Stop n Save Market at Oakdale & Sylvan in Modesto.
THE CASE: Modesto police said Figueroa is wanted in connection with a July 11 fight, where one man was shot in the stomach and another was pistol-whipped in the parking lot of a Stop 'N' Save Liquors at 3460 Oakdale Road in northeast Modesto. The victims survived their injuries.
NOTES: Police said Figueroa is associated with gangs and frequents the Modesto and Ceres areas.
