Abortion provision harmful

It was great to see the House of Representatives pass a health care reform bill. The people of this country really need the reform.

It wasn't great to see fanatics use the bill to further their points of view by backing an amendment. They, being conservative Democrats and who knows who else, put more into House Resolution 3962 and made it even more difficult, if not impossible, for women to get safe abortions.

These folks are against government telling us what to do, but they absolutely have no problem telling women they can't get an abortion unless they go to a back alley "doctor" and break the law and maybe lose their life. What's next? We have to wear dresses and stay at home? No wearing lipstick? After all, it's only our bodies we're talking about, and we can't possibly know what's good for us. We're only women.
