Miniature show in Turlock

First Street Gallery in Turlock is presenting its sixth annual Miniature Show through Dec. 11. A reception is tonight from 6 to 8 at the gallery, 226 N. First St. in Turlock.

The free event features works of art that are no bigger than 9 by 12-inches. More than 150 pieces by some 60 artists are for sale, including photographs, watercolors and oil paintings.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.
