I'm crazy for the ground beef that Jimboy's uses in their tacos. It has a depth of flavor that makes it so tasty and unusual. I can't even guess what they use.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

• A call for cleaned calamari: Does anyone know of a place in Sacramento that sells calamari that is already cleaned and sliced?

Usually, I can only find bulk packages, either fresh or frozen, but always needing to be cleaned. I'm hoping someone can help. Thanks.
