BACKSTORY: Neil and Frank started The Panduhs in 2006, and began playing shows in 2008. They usually play a couple times a month. Their music was featured on "Wild, Wild Westside," a driving tour CD for the Patterson, Newman and Del Puerto Canyon area; and also the "Pop Song Romance" compilation. The band went on its first tour over the summer, which included shows in San Jose, Berkeley, Portland and Seattle. The group plans another tour for winter break that will include Southern California and Texas. The Panduhs were just nominated for a 2009 Modesto Area Music Association Award, in the category of best alternative/indie band, and released their first music video last month. It was made by Modesto's Found Object Films.
