Superintendent visiting Modesto High

State Superintendent of Education Jack O'Connell plans to visit Modesto High School today for "A Diploma in Every Hand," an event recognizing 11 students for their achievements on recent state tests. He's expected to be at the school from 3 to 5 p.m. Later in the evening, O'Connell is scheduled to be a featured speaker at a Stanislaus County Democratic Central Committee award dinner and fund-raiser.
