hat is the primary reason you are running for this office?

With nearly 20 years of my life invested in this district (over 10 years as a classroom volunteer; 9 years as a board member), I have a deep affection and respect for the staff, students and parents of the Sylvan District. I’m passionate about education in general and the Sylvan district in particular.

What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?

To help the Sylvan District weather the very difficult budget years ahead and ensure that children continue to receive the high quality education Sylvan is known for.

What sets you apart from the other candidates?

I make time to be on the campuses. It’s important to see first-hand how board policies are impacting students and teachers. Where do you work and what is your job title? (If retired, list position before retirement)
