It's Crystal Dairy Products Night at the Stanislaus County Fair.

HIGHLIGHTS: Rainforest Adventure exhibit, 5-11 p.m.; Junior Fantastic Fudge Contest, 6 p.m.; Replacement Heifer Sale preview, 5-7 p.m.; Stretching Your Food Dollars -- Cooking with FoodMaxx, 6:45 and 7:45 p.m.

ARENA: QuadCross and Pee Wee Bikes, 7:30 p.m., $8 in addition to fair admission.

VARIETY FREE STAGE: Josh Turner, 8:30 p.m.

CENTER STAGE: Joni Morris: Tribute to Patsy Cline, 7:30 p.m.; Carousel Cloggers, 8:30 p.m.; Central California Square Dancers, 9:15 p.m.; Joni Morris: Legendary Ladies in Country Music, 10 p.m.

COMMUNITY STAGE: Highway 99, 5:45-8:30 p.m.

CHARTER STAGE: Hypnotist Suzy Haner, 8:30 and 10 p.m.

HOURS: Gates open at 5 p.m.; exhibit buildings close at 11 p.m.; carnival closes at 1 a.m.

PARK 'N' RIDE: 4:30-11 p.m.; park and ride for free from CSU, Stanislaus, (Crowell Road off Monte Vista Avenue) or Pitman High School (Christoffersen Parkway). Shuttles run every 15 to 20 minutes.

WHERE: From Highway 99, exit at Fulkerth Road in Turlock and head east. For fairgrounds parking, turn right on Soderquist Road, or go past Soderquist for more parking; $4 per vehicle.

ADMISSION: $10 for adults, $3 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for ages 5 and younger.
