MODESTO -- Name: Nhia Yang, 27, Modesto
Synopsis: Authorities say Yang was one of two people killed July 20 in west Modesto. A third person was wounded and hospitalized but expected to recover. The shooting took place in a home on the 1700 block of Radley Place.
Motivation: Unknown
Suspects: Tou Vag Xiong, 25, of Atwater was arrested on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and using a firearm to commit a homicide.
Modesto police ask anyone with information about these shootings to call Crime Stoppers at 521-4636.
