Disabled students get their time in limelight with stage show

Merced Sun-Star - Carolina Pines performs an interpretive dance Tuesday morning during the VSA (Very Special Arts) 2009 performance at the Merced Multicultural Arts Center. Orthopedically handicapped, deaf and hard of hearing and disabled adult students sang and danced for family and friends. The theme of this year's performance was "Essence."
