Upcoming Road Dog hearings at U.S. District Court in Fresno:

— JULY 24: A former federal ATF agent is expected to testify in a motion hearing. Road Dog Cycle Shop owner Bob Holloway's defense attorneys will ask that wiretap evidence be thrown out.

— AUG. 24: Sentencing hearing for Michael Orozco. Orozo pleaded guilty June 8 to one count of conspiracy to collect extensions of credit by extortionate means earlier this month.
