Two men, one of them a former radio personality for hip-hop station KWIN (97.7-FM and 98.3-FM), died Friday night in a traffic collision on Interstate 5 in south Sacramento County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The coroner's office identified the men as 38-year-old Albert Hu of Stockton and 30-year-old Juan Carlos Reyes-Torres of Olivehurst. Hu, according to the KWIN Web site, was a former DJ at the station. He also was known as "Al Greenz."

KWIN has offices in Modesto and Stockton.

According to the CHP, a red Toyota Camry, driven by Reyes-Torres, was southbound on I-5 at 10:15 p.m. when it crossed a divider and struck a white Honda Accord that was going north on the freeway. Hu, and his wife, Romina, were in the Accord.

Both men were killed in the collision.

Hu' wife was treated for minor injuries but had severe shock, according to CHP Sgt. Sean Duryee.

Witnesses told officers that the driver of the Camry appeared to be driving recklessly prior to the collision, Duryee said, although investigators are not yet sure what caused the accident.
