Sara Evans to sing at Denham events

State Sen. Jeff Denham, R-Atwater, is kicking off his campaign for lieutenant governor with two major fund-raisers in his district. Denham will be hosting a concert with country music star Sara Evans today at the Fat Cat Music House & Lounge in Modesto and one on Friday at the Fox Theater in Salinas. The Modesto fund-raiser begins at 7 p.m. and the concert starts at 8. General admission is $50 per person and advance purchase is recommended.
