Modesto Bee reporter watches as Iraqi journalist tosses shoes at Bush

Adam Ashton, a Modesto Bee reporter on assignment with the McClatchy Newspapers bureau in Baghdad, was only a few feet away when an Iraqi journalist threw two shoes at President Bush during a news conference Sunday.
