TURLOCK -- Name: Frederick James Osborne II
Synopsis: Police said Osborne, 35, of Denair and James Arthur Watkins II, 36, of Turlock were involved in a home invasion robbery in the 300 block of South Broadway on Feb. 22 to steal drugs. During the robbery, both were shot and killed. The residents were unable or unwilling to identify the shooters.
