1. Assure a transfer of the Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant from the Federal government that is both orderly and beneficial to the residents of Riverbank, the current employees of the installation and the businesses that currently have their businesses there.
2. Assure the continued emphasis on the revitalization of our Downtown residential and shopping area. It is this increase in jobs and commercial shopping opportunities that are among the most important indicators of a city's health.
3. A continued focus on the health our city's budget. Even though our city has benefited over the past few years from an increase in sales tax revenue it is the City Council's job to continue to review and tighten the City's spending, particularly in this difficult economic climate.
