A big YES to 'The Wizard of Oz'

I took my daughters, ages 6 and 8, to the YES Company production of "The Wizard of Oz" on Saturday and we cannot stop talking about what a great time we had! This production was fresh, professional and entertaining, and all for less than a night at the movies!

The performers were amazing and my daughters enjoyed seeing kids their own age on stage. At intermission, the musicians answered all of our questions about the instruments. The trumpet player even played, so we could hear the difference when she used the mute. At the end of the show, the performers exited the theatre through the audience and to our great delight were in the lobby waiting to greet the patrons.

The YES Company is a rare gem that Modesto can certainly be proud of!
