Tennessee's defense registered five sacks and two turnovers, the last an interception by Chris Hope with 2:35 left to secure the Titans' 13-9 win over the slumping Raiders. Oakland has dropped three games in a row.

• SUNDAY'S GOATS

After a strong start to the season, Oakland's offensive line has reverted back to its historically bad 2006 form. On Sunday, the unit, when not drawing holding and false-start penalties, forced quarterback Daunte Culpepper to duck and cover with alarming frequency. Culpepper didn't help matters by fumbling four times -- he lost only one -- and throwing another back-breaking interception late in the fourth quarter.

• BY THE NUMBERS

1: Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski passed Chris Bahr for most field goals in franchise history. He came in needing one to tie Bahr with 176, and he now has 178.

1.3: Oakland's LaMont Jordan rushed for just 16 yards in 12 attempts, an average of 1.3 yards per carry.

26: Titans quarterback Vince Young completed just 6 of 14 passes for 42 yards and finished with 26 net yards passing.

100: The Raiders were penalized 14 times for 100 yards. Just like the good old days -- minus the wins.
