Laci Peterson's mother, Sharon Rocha, left the courtroom when questioning turned to the site where her daughter's body was found. Brent Rocha, Laci Peterson's brother, stared straight ahead, occasionally fidgeting during Detective Phil Owen's testimony. Laci Peterson's stepfather, Ron Grantski, appeared to watch Scott Peterson intently during the testimony.

  • After Gloria Allred told the media that Amber Frey would not be called to testify, a paralegal from defense attorney Mark Geragos' law firm handed her what appeared to be legal documents. Allred declined to say what the documents were but shouted at the paralegal, "I don't accept service."
