Two men stole a pizza from a delivery man as he was about to deliver it at a home Thursday evening, Modesto police said today.
As the delivery man approached a house in the 2000 block of Boise Avenue about 5 p.m., one man knocked the $37 pizza out of the delivery man’s hands and another man grabbed it.
Police searched the area and found Francisco Montiel, 27, of Modesto. He was charged with grand theft, felony theft with a prior conviction and a probation violation
The other suspect was not found.
